Mid-Year Reset

Valaterra Retreat Center

The Mid-Year Reset is an immersive, full-day strategic planning experience designed for leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams to pause, reflect, and recalibrate for the second half of the year. Hosted at the serene Valaterra retreat center, the day combines structured workshopping with restorative activities like hiking and labyrinth walks. Participants will celebrate wins, audit their progress, and build a concrete goal-setting framework for Q3 and Q4.

Beyond the planning, the day fosters a high-impact community environment where clients, partners, and prospects can connect over a shared lunch and an "NA" (non-alcoholic) happy hour. By the end of the session, attendees leave with a clear roadmap, a completed workbook, and the renewed energy required to execute their vision for the remainder of 2026.

As founder of Frittata Consulting, she has advised Fortune 100 executives and led culture transformation initiatives while maintaining her artistic practice as a poet with an MFA in Creative Writing and recently published book.

What participants say

I had the pleasure of working with Jessica as she led my team through a Strength Deployment Inventory exercise. From our first planning discussion to the post exercise review, Jessica was an approachable and insightful advisor, listening and caring for everyone who participated. She is highly skilled in identifying and connecting traits and themes to improve both individual and team dynamics. We continue to reap the benefits of her workshop! You will not regret working with Jessica."

I walked away feeling renewed. The experience was challenging yet gentle, fun yet relaxing.
