Jessica Farquhar Campbell is the founder and principal consultant of Frittata, where she blends creativity, strategy, and relationship intelligence to help leaders at all levels unlock their full potential. With over a decade of experience in corporate strategy and leadership, Jessica has advised executives, managed cross-functional teams, and led business transformation initiatives for Fortune 100 companies, federal agencies, and top Defense contractors.
Her background spans a diverse range of leadership roles, including directing high-level operations, culture and engagement initiatives, communications, and leadership development programs. She has also served as Assistant Director of Creative Writing at Purdue University and was a member of the Kentucky Air National Guard.
Jessica holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Purdue and an MA in English from the University of Louisville. She has completed executive education on positive leadership from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and is a Certified Core Strengths facilitator.
